Acadia raises 2026 guidance as Q3 revenue hits $895M

Franklin, Tenn.-based Acadia Healthcare raised its full-year 2026 financial guidance Nov. 4 after reporting third-quarter revenue of $895.3 million, up 5.1% year over year. Same-facility revenue rose 5.2%, driven by a 1.1% increase in patient days and a 4% increase in revenue per patient day. Net income attributable to Acadia fell to $34.5 million from $36.2 million a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA climbed to $176.4 million from $173 million.
