PsychPlus acquires Precision Psychiatric, adds 100+ psychiatrists

Houston-based PsychPlus has acquired Precision Psychiatric Services, a California psychiatric group, adding more than 100 psychiatrists to its clinical network. PsychPlus announced the deal Oct. 23. Financial terms were not disclosed. Precision, founded in 2018, is a physician-led organization with hospital partnerships across California. It provides psychiatric care in emergency departments, inpatient behavioral health facilities, medical-surgical units, outpatient clinics and addiction treatment settings. Its hybrid model pairs in-person psychiatry with telepsychiatry.
