IPC ranked amongst top private companies in the Kansas City area by Kansas City Business Journal

We are thrilled to announce that Integrated Psychiatric Consultants was ranked amongst the top private companies in the Kansas City area, as published on June 7 by the Kansas City Business Journal.

This honor reflects the significant growth and strategic investments we have made in recent years to enhance our administrative and clinical workforce, as well as our operations and marketing teams.

In 2022, IPC grew from 39 to 57 providers, seeing a 46% growth in the number of behavioral health providers employed through our group. Additionally, we added partners and providers in seven new states, expanding services both regionally and nationally.

By the end of 2023, our clinical team featured 69 providers, our administrative team grew from 10 to 21, and we had added several new states to the mix through large, multistate contracts.

Taking on a flat, nimble, and approachable leadership structure, IPC has been responsive to each community’s individual needs, customizing provider coverage options to deliver the best care to partner organizations and patients. IPC has also invested in technology to digitize business operations and create efficient lead generation processes. We have adopted diverse marketing strategies, cultivating brand awareness and employing agencies and individuals to steadily enhance these initiatives.
