Our Hiring Process
Stage 1: Application
Ready to apply? Prospective providers can submit an online application or email [email protected]. CV preferred.
Stage 2: Screening
Meet with our recruiter in an introductory meeting, express your professional goals, and learn about relevant openings.
Stage 3: Clinical Interview
Speak with a senior provider or leader to dive into your clinical experiences and hopes for your next opportunity.
Stage 4: Partner Introduction
Connect with a potential organization to understand their day-to-day operations and explore clinical and professional fit.
Stage 5: Agreement
If this opportunity is a successful match for all parties, IPC will extend a written document outlining the agreement.

IPC Academy
Following a cohort model, IPC Academy educates over 200 third-year and fourth-year medical students each year.
Students collaborate with their designated provider and receive ongoing education on various topics of interest, including psychiatric diagnosis and evaluations. Additionally, students gain hands-on experience interviewing patients, gathering collateral information, and presenting their cases.
