About Us
Mission Statement
Our mission is to integrate our providers and partners to deliver high-quality care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Vision Statement
Our vision is to ensure all communities have access to providers dedicated to serving their psychiatric, mental health, and substance use treatment needs.
Our Story
Vishal Adma, M.D. founded Integrated Psychiatric Consultants in 2002 in the Kansas City metro area. Seeing our sustainable resourcing model, many behavioral health treatment providers sought Dr. Adma's partnership approach and expertise in managing psychiatry and mental health care teams.
Dr. Adma's vision keeps our group ahead of trends and operational curveballs. Years before the pandemic led to a surge in private-equity telehealth companies, we had started offering providers telehealth opportunities. As a result, we can guarantee a continuity of care – no matter the state of regulations or the shifting preferences of providers.
Our behavioral health providers and administrative team foster a culture of strength and resilience. Inspired by our mission and vision, we share an unwavering commitment to serving our partners through quality, teamwork, access, and integrity.
We believe the foundation of a great organization is a committed team supporting each other through common goals, to achieve a valuable mission. With decades of unparalleled expertise spanning the behavioral health spectrum, IPC can help you elevate the wellbeing of your community.
